Strike Finance is registered and licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Due to regulatory requirements, international sanctions, and licensing limitations, our services are not available to persons in certain jurisdictions.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
By accessing or using Strike Finance, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident of, citizen of, located in, or otherwise subject to the jurisdiction of any Restricted Jurisdiction listed below. Attempting to circumvent these restrictions through VPNs, proxies, or other means is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account restrictions and forfeiture of funds.

3. Definition of Restricted Persons
"Restricted Persons" includes, but is not limited to:
- Citizens or residents of any Restricted Jurisdiction
- Persons physically located in any Restricted Jurisdiction
- Entities incorporated or headquartered in any Restricted Jurisdiction
- Persons acting on behalf of or for the benefit of any person or entity in a Restricted Jurisdiction
- Persons subject to sanctions administered by OFAC, the United Nations, the European Union, or any other applicable sanctions authority
- Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) from Restricted Jurisdictions
- Any person who is prohibited from using our services under applicable law
4. United States Persons
Strike Finance services are strictly prohibited for "US Persons" which includes:
- US citizens (including dual citizens), regardless of residence
- US residents (including green card holders)
- Persons physically present in the United States
- Entities organized under US law or any US state law
- Trusts with US trustees or US beneficiaries
- Accounts held by or for the benefit of any of the above
5. Compliance Measures
Strike Finance employs various measures to enforce geographic restrictions:
- IP address monitoring and geolocation verification
- Blockchain analytics to detect suspicious activity patterns
- Third-party compliance screening services
- Ongoing monitoring of user activity
Users who attempt to evade these restrictions may face immediate termination of access, freezing of assets on the platform, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
6. Consequences of Violation
If we determine that you have accessed our Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction or are otherwise a Restricted Person:
- Your access to the Platform will be immediately terminated
- Open positions may be liquidated
- Funds may be frozen pending investigation
- We may be required to report your activity to relevant regulatory authorities
- You may be liable for any losses, damages, or legal consequences resulting from your violation
7. Changes to Restricted Jurisdictions
The list of Restricted Jurisdictions may change at any time due to evolving regulatory requirements, licensing conditions, or international sanctions. We reserve the right to add or remove jurisdictions without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review this page and ensure your continued eligibility to use our services.
